The .38 Super+P is a 38 Super case made of heavy-duty material with a standard semi-rimmed head design and similar internal dimensions.

Their brass is comprised of 70% copper and 30% zinc and is vertically drawn during the manufacturing process, which results in more uniform wall thickness.
